Hazardous Materials; INC#0815; 10:24AM; Sb 5 Fy; https://bit.ly/4h72wAy; Sun Valley; Box truck on (corrected to upright) its side with a fuel leak from the saddle tank (fuel tank which sits alongside a truck's frame). Firefighters stopped the leak and are working to contain any run off. It is a static situation with no serious injuries (two patients - one declining LAFD transport and one being evaluated). A reduced number of resources will handle the incident. Traffic will remain impacted on the SB 5 for an undetermined period of time.
