Both patients, neither appear to have life threatening injuries, have declined LAFD transport and will be released on scene. Any questions regarding the aircraft and circumstances are referred to National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and FAA for the investigation and LAPD Inc# 0855. The building comprised two-story condos with underground parking. Fire ran the pipe alley between two units to the roof. Two units were involved in the fire (extent of damage unknown at this time). All occupants swiftly evacuated and remained safely together outside the residence prior to firefighters arrival. No injury reported.
