Injury; INC#0413; 09:24AM; 11100 N Wheatland Av; https://bit.ly/2ou6FVO; Shadow Hills; Firefighters found an adult male in the Tujunga Wash near the 210 freeway, who sustained an injury when he fell off of his horse. Fire apparatus parked on the overpass above and sent firefighter-paramedics and a litter basket (using the aerial ladder truck) down to assess the patient and bring him up to where the ambulance was. The patient was safely extracted and transported to a nearby trauma center in serious condition with a head injury.
