Update CONTAINED Brush Fire; INC#0496; 11:49AM; 40 Beverly Park; https://bit.ly/2RqN7QG; Beverly Crest; 79 LAFD firefighters (with the help of LAFD Crew 3 and one LACoFD hand crew) contained the brush fire, stopping all forward progress in one hour and 36 minutes. An LAFD drone survey revealed the fire burned 1.8 acres with no damage to any structures. Crews will remain on scene to fully extinguish all hot spots within the burn area.
