Update KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0640; 12:19PM; 11627 W Wixom St; https://bit.ly/3c4abQc; Sun Valley; Firefighters navigated around live (arcing) wires down, while extinguishing fire inside of the home, and burning debris outside the home. Firefighters skillfully protected a neighboring structure to the rear of the burning structure. It took 29 firefighters 14 minutes to extinguish the flames. There were no reported injuries. Traffic - Train vs Ped FATALITY; INC#0245; 06:43AM; 7400 N Coldwater Canyon Av; https://bit.ly/3r0Dp7A; Sun Valley; LAFD firefighters determined the death of a victim of Metrolink train vs pedestrian collision (age /gender unknown at this time). Coldwater Canyon will be shut down in both directions at Raymer for the death investigation. Train tracks will also be shut down in both directions and riders are referred to Metrolink for train updates. Any further questions regarding this incident are referred to LAPD North Hollywood Division Inc# 766 and LA County Sheriffs Department (requested to respond to the scene due to Metrolink involvement). Update Trapped Vehicle - Fatality 03/13/2021 INC#1048

Update Trapped Vehicle - Fatality; INC#1048; 06:54PM; 11000 W Oxnard St; https://bit.ly/3bKgrNa; North Hollywood; A total of 6 patients involved in the multi-vehicle collision. One patient determined dead on scene and three patients transported in unknown conditions (all meeting trauma criteria due to the mechanism of injury). Two additional patients were evaluated on scene and declined LAFD treatment/transport. Age/gender of patients are unknown at this time.
