Update Pedestrians Struck 08/09/2023 INC#0468

Update Pedestrians Struck; INC#0468; 10:20AM; 11041 N Sepulveda Bl; https://bit.ly/43X19fT; #MissionHills; Solo vehicle driven by an adult female (business patron) entered the enclosed service drive of a car dealership, striking and injuring four adults (*two workers and two patrons*). The vehicle damaged and came to rest in a customer reception area within the structure. Witnesses describe an adult female (business patron) who was in or near the enclosed driveway, being briefly trapped beneath the vehicle before being freed by bystanders, including an off-duty nurse who initiated CPR on the pulseless and non-breathing woman, quickly taken to a regional trauma center in grave condition. Two adult male workers (one with a head wound) sustained non-life threatening injuries, and were taken by LAFD Paramedics to an area hospital in fair condition. The adult female driver of the car, with no obvious or expressed injury, declined offered ambulance transportation. She remains at scene speaking with LAPD Officers. Note: LAFD has no update on the gravely injured patient.
