Due to the terrain, a hoist operation was utilized to capture the patient. The patient was transported to LAFD ground operations for further assessment. The patient has minor injuries and is refusing transport to the hospital. 43 passengers on the train were assessed and none report any injuries. Cause of the accident is undetermined.
