Update Structure Fire; 04:49PM; 16200 W Ventura Bl; internal:/; Encino; Source of smoke is overheated elevator motor. Elevator power shut down and all accounted for (with no trapped occupants). Water flow is into open parking, therefore causing no damage to building/contents. One small rehab/PT business being evacuated (number of people unk) in abundance of caution due to presence of light smoke. No injuries reported.
