LAFD is requesting CHP to shut down the freeway. Incident was modified from a rubbish fire to a full brush fire response. LAUREL IC CHP log# 2230 The fire is not exposing any structures at this time and no injuries are reported. Traffic [Ejection]; INC#1196; 04:42PM; 7143 N Tampa Av; https://bit.ly/43UYrdb; Reseda; Firefighters and paramedics responded to a two vehicle traffic collision involving multiple patients. First arriving fire department units found a total of 8 patients. 1 patient was ejected out of the vehicle as a result of the traffic accident. 2 of the 8 patients have been determined to be in critical condition. Multiple patients are being treated on scene and will be transported to a local hospital. LAPD is on scene and is conducting the investigation. LAPD Inc# 3533. Los Angeles Department of Transportation has also been requested for traffic control. Air Operations lowered a rescuer down to assess and stabilize the patient.
