Of those six passenger, 4 desiring further medical treatment were taken by LAFD ambulance to area hospitals. LAFD has concluded operations and departed the scene. LAFD personnel continue to examine "several persons who have been ill" while aboard the currently docked cruise ship, which is disembarking passengers. A yet to be determined number of those ill passengers desiring further medical assessment or ambulance transport are still being evaluated on shore by LAFD Paramedics. No patients are currently displaying life-threatening symptoms. A total count of those ill patients who are ultimately transported by LAFD will be offered *at the conclusion of the incident*. Firefighters had to make access to the crawl space burning under the floor before continuing their initial interior attack and navigated their equipment around a long trench down one side of the home.
