Update Structure Fire; INC#1632; 09:02PM; 436 S Boyle Av; https://bit.ly/3IrVZ3n; #BoyleHeights; Forty-six firefighters arrived at the burning vacant home, and immediately went to work protecting the neighboring buildings. Crews did not enter the building due to it being the site of many previous burns and structural integrity was already compromised. Firefighters managed to protect both neighboring residential structures, and have knocked down the bulk of the flames. This will be an extended operation to slowly and carefully finish eliminating hot spots in the burned out fire unit. No reported injuries.
