Cause = accidental, 1 unit heavily damaged on 3rd floor, unit directly below on 2nd floor with significant water damage, hallway on 3rd floor with heavy smoke damage. Fire located and contained to one unit on the 6th floor - fire was held in check by sprinkler system. All building occupants either safely evacuated or sheltered in place. Firefighters working to clear entire building of residual smoke and checking floors below for water damage.
