Approximately 46 firefighters on the ground fully extinguished all active flames and remain on scene for mop up. Crew 4 added to assist with mop up phase. Air resources were deployed but not utilized. One 78 year-old male civilian (undetermined site affiliation) was discovered with severe burn injury. In serious condition, he is being transported by LAFD Paramedics to an area hospital. No structure involvement. No evacuation.
