The pressurized single tank vessel is carrying an unknown amount of propane. Golden State IC is holding units in a defensive posture until the product can be safely offloaded. No active fire at this time. Units have determined the truck to be diesel powered and not an alternative/hybrid or electric fuel source. The driver of the truck is being medically evaluated on scene.
