KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1336; 08:16PM; 207 S Vermont Av; https://bit.ly/3GL8tRc; Koreatown; KNOCKDOWN: Over 100 firefighters extinguished the fire in one hour and 36 minutes. The roof collapse of a portion of the building made it difficult to reach pockets of fire in the defensive posture which caused an extended operation. Heavy equipment is on scene to assist with clearing debris and taking down unsafe walls if required. Firefighters will remain on the incident through the night continuing the overhaul operation and conducting fire watch. No injuries reported. Firefighters are off the roof of the building involved due to a loss of structural integrity. This is now a defensive operation and crews are working to defend exposed buildings.
