While conducting the primary search, firefighters located a victim on the 2nd floor. Crews immediately brought the victim out to firefighter/paramedics for treatment/transport. Four patients were assessed for fire-related injuries; two (18M, 55F) were transported in fair condition. LA Dept of Building and Safety requested for structural assessment and issued a red tag for the building -- Red Cross is assisting with occupant displacement.
