Update Multi-Patient Electrical Injury; INC#0424; 09:43AM; 360 S Flower St; https://bit.ly/3qWA7lQ; Downtown; 2 adult male private (electrical?) contractors (not public utility employees) have sustained "critical injuries" following what witnesses described as an "explosion" involving electrical equipment at or near a loading dock. Both men have been taken to an area hospital in critical condition. No other persons were injured. LADWP will be assisting LAFD in assuring equipment is fully and appropriately de-energized. Firefighters have safely extricated all patients. While at least one vehicle is on the Blueline tracks, there are no trains involved.
