MEDIA STAGING 1224 Hope Street. 2 story commercial with a mezzanine . Heavy fire showing from the roof and heavy pressurized smoke from roll up doors. All units ordered out of the building. Transitioning from offensive to defensive mode. All LAFD units accounted for. Arson and Emergency Air for firefighter rehab requested. PIO also requested and enroute. Request for Remote Suppression Robot requested. LAFD ground crews in coordination with LAFD Air Ships have stopped the forward progress of the fire. LA County Fire Hand Crew personnel were enroute for but have been cancelled by the IC.
