They are making cuts on the A and B posts (A post holds the windshield while the B post is right behind the front seats) to reduce the tension and allow the chains to pull the vehicle back into the structure. LA Building and Safety are requested to respond to determine the status of the building. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle and secured a perimeter on the ground. The Heavy Rescue apparatus will use chains to pull the vehicle back safely into the structure.
