The building is a vacant building and is a previous burned building. Firefighters are operating in the offensive mode. The Department of Transportation is notified for traffic control. LAPD has been notified for crowd control. LAPD Incident # 1768. LUCAS IC also requesting Department of Water and Power for unhoused individuals tapping into power of the building .
