The women's location at time of collision has yet to be determined. The man is declining care, while the women will likely be taken to an area hospital. One male resident of the involved apartment that was initially described as missing, was determined to be safe at work. Firefighters are meticulously searching the building to make certain there are no hazards or others injured. Water and natural gas utilities have been secured.
