Initial reports of heavy fire in approximately 7 units on both the first and second floor (14 units in total). Firefighters are in the offensive mode and are also getting in position to prevent the spread of fire from the back of the facility to the vegetation on the 118FY embankment. LAFD Arson is responding for the investigation.
