Update Structure Fire; INC#0297; 05:46AM; 2525 S Long Beach Av; https://bit.ly/4pdvQtv; Central-Alameda; First, arriving companies report an outside Auto fire exposing a one-story 150' x 100' commercial building with smoke in the building. Initially firefighters operated in an offensive mode, but have now moved to a defensive move outside of the building. Fire has extended into the building. Firefighters will continue operations for the rest of the duration of the incident in the defensive mode. LONG BEACH IC requested two additional Task Force's and the Department of Transportation to shut down Long Beach. Department of Water and Power and LAPD also requested.
