Update Structure Fire; INC#1410; 07:41PM; 3387 S Livonia Av; https://bit.ly/43r7cwd; Palms; While firefighters continue in the offensive mode against the out building (about 20' x 50') and the vegetation along the freeway, an explosion occurred near the building (source unknown at this time) and there are downed power lines. There are no injuries reported and crews continue with fire attack. Culver City Fire Dept is also sending a full structure fire response. Traffic on the 10 Freeway will be impacted by both smoke and emergency operations. Minimum of "slow lane" closed on Eastbound traffic.
