Update Structure Fire; INC#0047; 01:23AM; 8810 S Figueroa St; https://bit.ly/3gbLeTd; Vermont Vista; KNOCKDOWN: 43 firefighters extinguished the fire in 26 minutes. Despite heavy fire through the roof within minutes of arriving on scene, firefighters worked from the exterior of the building and quickly extinguished the fire in two commercial units. No injuries reported. Building and Safety were notified due to the structural compromise (visible buckling) of one corner of the building and a partial roof collapse. Cause of the fire and $ loss TBD.
