Rescue air cushions are deployed on both sides of the freeway. Additionally, CHP has both sides of the 101 freeway shut down to through traffic. Report of a person threatening to jump off an overpass to the 101 freeway in downtown LA. LAFD, CHP and LAPD on scene.
