Update Controlled Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#0408; 07:20AM; 404 S Figueroa St; https://bit.ly/3lk0y3o; Downtown; The fire in or near one room on the 22nd floor of the *33* story Westin Bonaventure Hotel has been controlled, with no injury reported. The (unknown number) of staff and patrons who calmly and safely evacuated the iconic building, are now being provided hotel access, with patrons below the 22nd floor being allowed to return to guest accommodations. Many of the 113 firefighters assigned to this incident are now working closely with hotel staff to manage residual smoke on Floors 22-26 and localized water removal on Floors 21 and 22.
