An approximately 20 year-old male passenger in that vehicle, was taken to an area hospital by LAFD Paramedics in critical condition with unspecified injuries. The third patient, from the other vehicle, was an approximately 40 year-old female found curbside with minor injuries. She has declined ambulance transportation. #LATraffic: The intersection of Parthenia Street and Winnetka Avenue is closed to all traffic until the LAPD investigation is complete, unknown duration.
