Update Brush Fire; INC#1853; 09:50PM; EB 118 Fwy x Hayvenhurst Av; https://bit.ly/3wolwUt; #GranadaHills; Despite erratic wind with embercast, 73 LAFD ground-based Firefighters took just one hour to stop forward progress of this fire, holding it to (yet to be determined size) brush, grass and trees adjacent to the eastbound lanes of the Ronald Reagan Freeway near Hayvenhurst Avenue. No injury. No structures damaged. Firefighters will remain at scene to continue containment and overhaul. This fire is under investigation.
