Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#0274; 04:34AM; 215 W 7th St; https://bit.ly/46f3MxT; #Downtown; Fire in one unit on the 11th floor of a 14 story residential high rise ("Bartlett Lofts") was held in check by fire sprinklers and extinguished by the first arriving firefighters in just 24 minutes (4:58 AM). One adult male resident of the involved unit sustained minor burns to the fingers of one hand. He declined offered ambulance transportation. No other injuries reported.
