Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#0528; 09:18AM; 4187 S Compton Av; https://bit.ly/4mleVCO; #Central-Alameda; One-story commercial building, approximately 50' x 50', doing business as a market, with light smoke initially showing from eaves in the rear. In a coordinated effort from both the roof and interior, crews located fire in the attic and initiated salvage operations to protect property in the market below. Despite complicated access, knockdown was declared in 33 minutes. All occupants were confirmed safely out of the building, with no injuries reported. Firefighters remain on scene for overhaul of the damage.
