Firefighters proceeded in the defensive mode, utilizing master streams (e.g. ladder pipe, large-bore hand lines) to fight fire from outside the building. Two occupants noted inside an unburned portion of the building during operations — removed unharmed, with no further patients noted. Knockdown declared in 30 minutes with 37 firefighters working on scene.
