Firefighters operated in an offensive mode. One patient was medically treated and transported. No further exposures or extension. Department of Water and Power notified for wires down. Encino IC declared a knockdown at 23:30 hours.. Approximately 33 firefighters extinguish the fire within 21 minutes of a 911 call. No firefighter injuries reported at this time.
