Structure Fire [Knockdown]; INC#0271; 05:31AM; 1224 S Hope St; https://bit.ly/3WbnXqX; Downtown; First arriving companies report a two story vacant commercial building that was previously burned. Firefighters operated in the offensive mode. A second alarm was called and additional companies requested during the firefighting efforts. HOPE IC declared a knockdown at 0554 hours. Approximately 71 firefighters extinguished the fire within 23 minutes of the 911 call. No exposures, no reports of injuries and no patients found. Department of Building and Safety requested. Cause of the fire is undetermined.
