Structure Fire - Fire Out; INC#0220; 04:18AM; 1230 W Ingraham St; https://bit.ly/3F9EfLB; Westlake; 7 story modern style apartment with smoke and fire in unit 306. Fire was held in check by sprinklers, which enabled 35 firefighters to access, confine and extinguish the blaze in 29 minutes. Fire possibly caused by a lithium ion battery, which is prompting additional safety measures including air monitoring by LAFD HazMat units. LA Building and Safety is responding due to heavy water and fire damage in affected unit. Companies remain on scene for smoke removal, air monitoring, and overhaul of fire damage.
