Structure Fire - Fire Out; INC#0317; 05:46AM; 4534 W August St; https://bit.ly/4q9I1pK; Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw; A contents fire located in a first floor unit of a 2 story garden style apartment was quickly extinguished by 28 firefighters in 19 minutes. A 52M was located in the unit and transported to a local hospital in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety are responding for structural assessment. Red Cross will be assisting the displaced occupant due to the uninhabitable condition of his dwelling. Cause of fire is unknown. No injuries to LAFD members. LAPD INC#0941.
