Structure Fire; INC#0868; 12:23PM; 2340 S Fairfax Av; https://bit.ly/4i3MGY2; Mid-City; Large (100' x 200') commercial building with light smoke showing upon arrival (DBA Audi Beverly Hills Service Station). Firefighters initiated an offensive fire attack and located a lithium-ion battery fire. The battery is now on an engine lift, outside the building. There is smoke only, no fire, within the structure and crews are setting up blowers to ventilate the building. LAFD Hazardous Materials Squad is responding, per protocol, to assist with mitigation of the L-ion battery.
