Structure Fire; INC#1101; 05:02PM; 4960 N Bascule Av; http://bit.ly/2Pkv7HN; Woodland Hills; Firefighters were careful to coordinate timing between roof companies and interior fire attack companies during the initial attack on an attic fire in a 3,054 sq-ft two-story vacant single-family home. On the roof above, firefighters cut holes to ventilate the smoke and heat as crews below opened the ceiling to apply water to the attic fire from inside the house. 28 firefighters quickly extinguished the flames in 14 minutes from the initial alarm.
