SPILL IN HARBOR - Now Static; INC#0231; 04:35AM; 1500 E Anchorage Rd; https://bit.ly/3bY3dvh; Harbor; Los Angeles Fire Department fire and hazmat resources were called in early this morning to locate and stop a cracked pipe leaking a mixture of water and oil onto a drilling property. The leak was largely confined to land, with waterways minimally affected -- evacuations initially issued for live-aboard boats at Docks C and D have been lifted. No injuries reported. Several agencies including Watershed Management and US Coast Guard were involved at the height of the incident, which has now been turned over to the private company equipped with vacuum trucks and other resources to handle cleanup.
