SHEARED HYDRANT; INC#0299; 05:24AM; 18500 W Ventura Bl; https://bit.ly/48bugju; Tarzana; A sheared fire hydrant hydrant the intersection of Ventura Bl x Otis Av has caused the structural collapse of a gas station awning and damage to a gas pump. Additionally, this massive amount of water has flooded the intersection which is now impassable. LAPD and DOT are controlling/diverting traffic, expect delays while traveling in the area.
