Rubbish Fire - NOW OUT; INC#1744; 10:07PM; 5600 N Reseda Bl; https://bit.ly/4mflmaK; #Tarzana; 33 Firefighters in 43 minutes were able to fully extinguish a rubbish fire in a pre-existing basement having a tunnel passage. Specialized companies Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) unit along with Hazardous Materials unit were used in determining how to access, confine and extinguish smoldering rubbish fire due to tunnel passage. Specialty trained USAR firefighters were utilized in a possible confined space area.
