Due to this structure being the site of a previous burn, LAFD firefighters remained in a defensive posture out of precaution. LADBS (Los Angeles Dept. of Building and Safety) haver been notified due to the extensive damage and safety risks present at the property. No injuries are reported. Cause of fire is undetermined.
