Update KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1734; 11:17PM; CORRECTED TO 5555 N Morella Av; https://bit.ly/45oJMaD; #Valley Glen; 42 Firefighter in 18 minutes were able to fully extinguish heavy fire in one room of a vacant single-family dwelling. LAFD firefighters used a well-coordinated fire attack operation and vertical ventilation techniques on the roof to prevent extension to adjacent exposures. Unit will remain on scene for unknown period of time performing overhaul procedures to ensure no chance of rekindle. no injuries reported.
