KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0447; 09:07AM; 1783 E 45th St; https://bit.ly/3XPYZgw; #CentralAlameda; The first 40 LAFD firefighters to arrive, along with LA County FD companies, extinguished the flames in 19 minutes. An outside fire extended in to a metal-clad building. Thankfully, fire sprinklers limited the ability for the fire to grow. Firefighters will remain on scene to mitigate water damage from the sprinklers and fire hose use, and restore the sprinkler system to be ready to protect the building for a future hazard. No reported injuries.
