Approximately 38 firefighters extinguished the fire within 10 minutes of the 911 call. One patient is reported and is be treated by paramedics. First arriving companies report a 4 story center hall DBA Yankee Hotel initially nothing showing. Fire companies on the tac channel report smoke in the hallway and smoke coming from one unit. Updated size up from IC was fire in one unit. Firefighters operated in an offensive mode. No reported injuries. No exposures. Cause is undetermined.
