KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1742; 09:30PM; 529 W 90th St; https://bit.ly/3UloeqW; #VermontVista; Firefighters responded to a property no longer occupied by the owner, where three structures are located: a front house, guest house (or "back house"), and a detached garage. Crews found heavy fire showing from the small guest house, adjacent to the detached garage. Firefighters advanced hose lines to the rear of the property and quickly applied water to the flames threatening the nearby garage. It took 24 firefighters 15 minutes to quench the flames, protecting the adjacent garage from all but minor exterior damage. No reported injuries.
