KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0296; 06:48AM; 820 S Bonnie Brae St; https://bit.ly/3Z620sE; #Westlake; Firefighters arrived to find an out building on fire, spreading to a two-story living space (guest house? accessory dwelling unit?). 54 Firefighters split their efforts to extinguish both structures in 24 minutes. Firefighters found one occupant in the living quarters and evacuated him. As a precaution, firefighter-paramedics did a full assessment and found him to be in good condition, with no need for treatment or transport. No injuries.
