Knockdown - Major Emergency Structure Fire; INC#0544; 10:00AM; 320 N Vermont Av; https://bit.ly/4ndNDyQ; #EastHollywood; 114 LAFD Firefighters took just 46 minutes to access, confine and fully extinguish heavy fire in the northeast corner of the third-floor at the "Hubbard College of Administration International", a private school/offices occupying a 25,100 square foot four-story brick building (Built 1962). A functional alarm system alerted (an unknown number of/all) occupants to safely exit the structure prior to LAFD arrival. No injuries reported. LAFD crews continuing salvage efforts to protect property within the structure from collateral smoke and water. The fire's cause remains under active investigation.
