First arriving LAFD personnel discovered a rubbish fire had occurred on a 16th floor balcony of the 20 story Columbia Square Living apartrments ( https://www.columbiasquareliving.com ), and was held by fire sprinklers upon LAFD arrival, before flames could cause any collateral damage. No injury.
