Full River Rescue; INC#1735; 05:51PM; https://bit.ly/44FmuxE; Sunland; Firefighters located the person trapped in RV (static location on an island) in an area of the river where they can not access. While LAFD Air Operations was conducting a low level recon, the person moved into an open area with a dog (possible cat as well per earlier reports).
